DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Job Description

Purpose
To provide both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics® CRM application as well as knowledge of Microsoft development technologies and environments.

Description
The CRM Development Consultant is responsible for the design and development of modifications to the standard Microsoft Dynamics® CRM application. They may also be tasked with developing and executing data migration processes and developing integrations to legacy systems when such processes require knowledge and use of Microsoft development tools and technologies.

By communicating with the CRM Application Consultant, the CRM Development Consultant obtains an understanding of the business requirements and the modifications and integrations necessary to support the requirements.

The CRM Development Consultant may also be tasked with creating detailed documentation of the customizations and integrations.

  • System design skills
  • Good documentation skills
  • Understands business processes, business process modeling, and their implementation

  • Custom development experience within a standard off-the-shelf product
  • One (1) + year of Microsoft Dynamics® CRM experience, or similar CRM tool
  • Two (2) + years of .NET Framework programming experience
  • Two (2) + years of Web Services and Microsoft® Office SharePoint® Portal Server
  • General knowledge of related Microsoft® technologies and Microsoft Dynamics® specific development environments
