New staff adds to customer service and product enhancement offerings

Appleton, Wis. --Ledgeview Partners, LLC, a firm specializing in
customer relationship products and services, is pleased to announce that Shawn Gens
has joined our team as a CRM Development Consultant in the Software Services division.
His responsibilities include delivering customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
to new and existing customers.
Shawn brings six years of IT experience to Ledgeview Partners, with four years focused
on CRM applications. He has held positions both as a Web Developer and a Programmer/Analyst
delivering CRM solutions for multiple Customer Care and Sales customers. Shawn
holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin –
Oshkosh.
Saravanan Shanmugabaskaran, “Sud”, has also joined Ledgeview Partners, LLC, as a
CRM Support Consultant. He will be working in the Software Services division providing
maintenance and support to existing customers through our new comprehensive support
services model.
Sud is a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a bachelor's
degree in Information Systems. While pursuing his degree, Sud interned with a variety
of companies in the Fox Cities, most recently with Thrivent Financial in the Network
Operations & Desktop Services Department.
