Julinda is responsible for CRM Software Services sales in the Midwest region known
as Wisconsin and Illinois. During the sales process, Julinda helps
companies define their business requirements, demonstrates how Microsoft CRM can
increase employee productivity, and introduces them to Ledgeview Partners' consulting,
implementation and support services.
Julinda brings eight (8) years of Microsoft Dynamics sales experience, including
two and one-half years of experience selling NAV to Wisconsin manufacturers and
distributors. Julinda attended UW-Whitewater and holds a certificate from
the Milwaukee Business Training Institute (MBTI) since 1984.
Why did you choose to join Ledgeview Partners?
I've known Doug and Lisa for two years and was impressed with their vision for
Ledgeview Partners. It's been exciting to watch the growth of the company
which has taken so much dedication and commitment on their part. I've
always enjoyed working for smaller companies especially ones that have great leadership
and a strong commitment to their employees. I saw this within Ledgeview Partners
and wanted to be a part of this exciting team.
Why do you think that CRM makes a difference?
After all these years selling software, I've noticed that companies are gradually
starting to see the value of CRM. With the challenging economy, it has become
even more important to hold sales teams accountable, and be able to strategically
use and track marketing dollars. Who can afford to lose a customer today?
With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a company can focus on providing better customer services
insuring it holds on to its current customers. With a centralized database
containing all of this informatin, business executives can use dashboards to get
a visual presentation of how their business is doing and where problems areas may
lie. Being able to make quick changes can save a company a lot of money.
