Chuck brings over 25 years of business experience to Ledgeview Partners, with his
most recent focus on project management and process optimization for IT and business
integration initiatives. His experience also includes leadership roles in the areas
of supply chain, marketing and sales. Chuck holds a BA in business management from
the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a MBA in Marketing from the University
of Dayton.
Why did you choose to join Ledgeview Partners?
I joined Ledgeview Partners because of their emphasis on providing the right solutions
for customers, the professionalism of the team, and the informal work environment.
Having worked in larger corporations in the past, the absence of hierarchal obstacles
and the speed in which decisions can be made is very refreshing.
What do you like most about your job?
The best part of the job is meeting with customers, learning about their business, and
at least in some small way using my business background to assist them in thinking through
how their processes can be made smoother and more efficient…….always with an end goal of
adding more value to their customers and helping to grow their business.
In my spare time, I like to do……
I enjoy spending time with my family and our first grandchild – I see now why others love
being grandparents. I volunteer with several local organizations – probably my favorite
is coaching Special Olympics teams. I also enjoy landscaping and home improvement projects –
and of course you can’t help but get caught up in the Packers around here!
