Why did you choose to join Ledgeview Partners?
I felt it was really exciting to work for a “start-up” company. The challenge to help
grow and build a new company was something that really interested and motivated me
to join Ledgeview Partners. Even though there is risk in joining a start-up, I felt
Doug and Lisa had the vision and drive to make the company successful and I wanted to
be a part of that.
What do you like most about your job?
Working with all of our clients. Even though I only focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM,
each opportunity is unique and presents its own challenges. We have to keep evolving
our skill sets and processes as new opportunities keep challenging us to expand CRM.
Also, having the ability to work with clients from start to finish on projects is gratifying.
It is a great feeling to start with a client at a kick-off meeting, work through all the
design and development with them, and then implement their solution at the end of the project.
