Job Description
Purpose
To provide superior customer support on the Microsoft Dynamics® CRM application. This includes troubleshooting problems and advising on the appropriate action to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
Description
The Support Consultant will participate in every aspect of the maintenance and ongoing support of a customer’s Microsoft Dynamics® CRM application, post implementation. The Support Consultant communicates with the customer's organization on many levels to obtain the necessary understanding of the business processes and customized application needs.
The Support Consultant will respond to technical requests via phone and electronically. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software application issues, tracking all incidents from initiation through resolution, escalating case assignment as appropriate, document resolutions, provide and implement resolutions, document outcomes, and stay current on the Microsoft Dynamics® CRM application, including the latest Rollups and Accelerators.
