An in-depth look into the Sales functionality and features, while incorporating some common sales practices, as a simulation of a true work environment.  Therefore, this course is recommended for all personnel responsible for Sales Management and/or Sales activity functions. 

Marketing

An in-depth look into the marketing capabilities such as campaign creation and management, marketing list generation, email marketing, event management, and reporting.  Therefore, this course is recommended for all personnel responsible for Marketing Management and/or Marketing activity functions.

Customer Service

An in-depth look into the servicing capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  This course is recommended for all personnel responsible for customer service functions such as contract management, case management, KnowledgeBase utilization, and service appointment scheduling. 

Administrators

An in-depth look into the business management and customization capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  This course is recommended for anyone responsible for administering user set up, data management, business management, entity or form customization, and/or template creation.
